BARTLETT, J. pro tem.—

Charles Parga, as administrator of the estate of Hilarión Parga, deceased, brought this action against the respondent under the provisions of the Federal Employers’ Liability Act [45 U.S.C.A. § 51 et seq.] to recover damages sustained by the children of Hilarión Parga by reason of an accident alleged to have been caused by the negligence of the respondent, as a result of which Hilarión Parga died. At the time he received the injuries in this accident, he was an employee of respondent and engaged in work for it. At the conclusion of the case, the court directed a verdict…
