Petitioner-appellant (“appellant”) Donald W. Hannon appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allen County dismissing his petition for post-conviction relief pursuant to R.C. 2953.21. For the reasons that follow, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.

In December 1993, the Allen County Grand Jury indicted the appellant with one count of grand theft, a violation of R.C. 2913.02(A)(1).
