This is an administrative review action brought by plaintiff, Illinois Bell Telephone Company, seeking to set aside findings of sex discrimination entered against it by defendant Fair Employment Practices Commission (FEPC). The alleged discrimination .concerns Bell’s refusal to extend disability benefits to defendants Geraldine Rone, Shirley Roe, Lenesta Lyles, and Gail Pratt during leaves of absence due to pregnancy in 1972 and 1973.
