OPINION

DIETZEN, Justice.

In March 2007 appellant Antoine Delany Williams was convicted of first-degree assault, second-degree assault, and possession of a firearm by a felon. The district court imposed a 60-month sentence for the firearm conviction, which increased appellant’s criminal-history score from three to four, and increased the presumptive sentence for the first-degree assault conviction by 14 months.
