Petitioner-appellant Insurance Company of North America (INA) and petitioner-appellant Country-Wide Insurance Company (Country-Wide) brought these two separate proceedings against Andrew C. Godwin, respondent-respondent, for stays of arbitration which respondent had demanded under the uninsured motorists clauses in two policies of insurance issued by them respectively to him.
