OPINION

MOORE, Circuit Judge.

In this case, Defendants-Appellants, Benzie County (the “County”) and Sheriffs Deputy Mark Ketz (“Ketz”) (collectively, the “Appellants”), appeal the district court’s denial of their motion for summary judgment. Plaintiff-Appellee Brian Bultema (“Bultema”) brought suit against the Appellants pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 alleging violations of his constitutional rights arising out of his arrest by Ketz.
