MHS Hospitality Group, LLC, and Muk-hi Hospitality Group, LLC (“Hospitality Groups” collectively) appeal the circuit court’s denials of their Rule 74.05 and Rule 74.06 motions to set aside the court’s Order and Judgment which ordered judgment by default in favor of Earl Hooks and against Hospitality Groups on Hooks’ Petition for Damages. The Petition alleged that Hooks was severely injured after falling into a hole while an invitee on Hospitality Groups’ premises. Hospitality Groups assert three points on appeal.
