MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
McLAUGHLIN, District Judge.
This case arises out of dealings between the plaintiff and the defendants relating to the collection of a debt from a residential mortgage. The plaintiff alleges that the defendants violated state and federal laws protecting consumers from unfair or deceptive business or debt collection practices. Before the Court is the defendants’ motion to dismiss. The Court will grant in part and deny in part the motion.
