Anglo & London Paris National Bank of San Francisco, a corporation, hereinafter called plaintiff, brought suit against Consolidated National Bank of Tucson, a corporation, hereinafter called defendant, on two causes of action. The first was on a guaranty of certain promissory notes amounting to the sum of $67,649.68, and the second for an alleged loan by plaintiff to defendant in the same amount.
