It appears from the minutes of the trial court, contained in this transcript, that ten bills of information were filed against the defendants herein, in eight of which they appear to have been charged jointly with the offense of unlawfully manufacturing intoxicating liquor for sale and for beverage purposes, and in two of which they appear to have been charged with the offense of unlawfully selling intoxicating liquor for beverage purposes.
