MANSFIELD, Circuit Judge:

On July 5, 1973, the SEC commenced this action for injunctive relief pursuant to 15 U.S.C. §§ 77t(b) and 78u against 11 persons, including appellant, Carlton-Cambridge & Co. (“Carlton”), its president, Joseph Rega, Jr., and the Republic National Bank of New York (“Bank”), charging numerous violations of the federal securities laws in connection with a public offering of the common stock of Dennison Personnel, Inc. in 1972 and the subsequent manipulation of its market price. 1 Appellant allegedly participated in several of these violations.
