SCOTT, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction of three counts of first degree murder by a jury in the Hennepin County District Court. In separate trials, defendant’s two accomplices, Jean Link 1 and Dale Olson, were also convicted on three counts each of first degree murder. Link’s statements to police after her arrest and her testimony at her own trial were introduced at defendant’s trial after Link herself refused to testify. Defendant appeals from his conviction on several grounds, including a claim that the introduction of Link’s prior testimony at his trial was reversible error. We…
