This case raises five issues for consideration: (1) Whether defendant/appellant Falk had authority to issue a money-back guarantee to a customer of plaintiff Solar-West, Inc.; (2) whether Falk is liable for losses suffered by Solar-West allegedly resulting from the poor design of a solar-heating system installed in the house of a second customer; (3) whether the parties’ termination letter operated as an accord and satisfaction and a bar to appellee’s cause of action; (4) whether Falk is liable for defaming Solar-West and its owners, and (5) whether attorney’s fees were…
