BERREY, Judge.

MCS Building Company (MCS) appeals the trial court’s order compelling the parties to arbitrate their dispute. We dismiss the appeal.

MCS is a partnership of two other Missouri partnerships. The individual partners are physicians. MCS and defendant/respondent KKM Medical, Inc. (KKM) entered into a contract for the design and construction of a medical office building. The contract consisted of four parts.
