Defendant City of East Chicago (the City) brings this appeal under Supreme Court Rule 306(a)(3) from an order of the circuit court of Cook County denying its motion to dismiss plaintiff Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP’s complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction. 166 Ill. 2d R. 306(a)(3).
