LESLIE, Chief Justice.
The appellant instituted this suit in trespass to try title against R. S. Allday Supply Company and the Arkansas-Louisiana Gas Company, a corporation, to recover an undivided one-half interest in 136 acres of land situated in Cass county, Tex. The Supply Company answered by plea of not guilty, general denial, limitation, and bona fide purchaser for value without notice, etc. The Gas Company made general denial and pleaded limitation under various statutes.
