The papers propounded in this cause as the will, and a codicil’thereto, of John Hock, were executed on the 27th day of April, 1910, in the city of New York, in the house where John Hock then lived. The will and codicil were attested by the lawyer who drafted them and by two other attesting witnesses, both strangers to'John Hock before the attestation in question. The formal *199execution of the papers propounded corresponds in detail with the requirements of the statute of wills.
