In October 1971, petitioner moved the Superior Court of Stanislaus County to set aside three judgments of conviction entered in that court. His motion, entitled “Motion to vacate and Set Aside Judgment and/or Petition for Writ of Error Coram Nobis,” was denied; the judgments petitioner was seeking to set aside had been affirmed on appeal, and the court below was without jurisdiction to act.
