In this case the appellant filed a bill against the Receivers of the Farmers Bank Trust Company, a banking corporation in West Palm Beach, Florida, to have a preference declared in favor of the estate of which she was a joint administratrix, and at that time became surviving administratrix, because of the failure of the co-administrator, Farmers Bank Trust Company.
