CALABRIA, Judge.
Sandra Birmingham (“plaintiff”) appeals from the trial court’s order granting partial summary judgment in favor of Katherine and Daniel Bames (“the Barnes defendants”) and attorney’s fees to the Barnes defendants. We affirm, but remand to the trial court for correction of the trial court’s order awarding attorney’s fees to the Barnes defendants.
