BALDOCK, Circuit Judge.

Defendant Gerald T. Cecil sold a kilogram of cocaine to a confidential informant working for the government. The government indicted Defendant for distributing a kilogram of cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C- § 841(a)(1) and 18 U.S.C. § 2. At trial, Defendant argued that he was entrapped. The district court instructed the jury on the defense of entrapment and the jury convicted Defendant.
