Depositors’ Committee, the committee authorized to represent the interests of the depositors in this bank liquidation proceeding, appeals the district court’s award of certain fees and expenses to the receiver of Bankwest Industrial Bank (bank). The question presented is whether a bank receiver is entitled to be reimbursed for the time and expenses incurred in litigating the issue of its entitlement to the fees requested by it.
