Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Denis J. Boyle, J.), *432rendered April 10, 2003, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of murder in the second degree, and sentencing him to a term of 20 years to life, unanimously affirmed.

Defendant’s unelaborated dismissal motions failed to preserve his challenge to the sufficiency of the evidence supporting his conviction of depraved indifference murder, and we decline to review that challenge in the interest of justice.
