This adversary proceeding was commenced by Complaint filed January 13, 1997, by which the Plaintiff, Devonna Dee Kubik (Dee) seeks a determination that an outstanding mortgage obligation bn the family home which the Debtor, Klayton Kubik (Klay) assumed pursuant to a divorce decree, and a resulting $29,591.76 money judgment, constitute nondisehargeable maintenance and support under § 523(a)(5) of the United States Bankruptcy Code.
