MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
JERRY VENTERS, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on the Complaint of Norma Johnson, the former wife of the Debtor, Gerald Dean Ham-blen, to determine the dischargeability of debts pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(5) and (a)(15). Gerald Dean Hamblen filed for relief under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code on September 29, 1998, and was granted a discharge on December 30, 1998.
