ORDER AND MEMORANDUM
NANGLE, District Judge.
Appellant United States of America appeals the May 13, 1994, order of the Bankruptcy Court 1 awarding appellee out-of- pocket expenses, emotional distress damages, punitive damages and attorney’s fees for violation of an automatic stay. The Court has considered the parties’ pleadings and the record on appeal. For the reasons set out below, the order of the Bankruptcy Court is affirmed in part, reversed in part and remanded with instructions.
