The appellee, Gr. M. Derrickson, obtained in the Powell circuit court, a judgment against the appellant for the sum of $1,000.00, for personal injuries claimed to have been sustained by him through the negligence of the defendant on August 16, 1914, while he was a passenger on the defendant’s train. Complaining of that judgment this • appeal is prosecuted, with numerous errors urged for a reversal of the judgment.
