Plaintiff appeals as of right from a judgment of no cause of action in favor of defendant Michigan State Highway Commission entered following a bench trial in Wayne County Circuit Court.

Plaintiff’s claim arose out of an automobile accident occurring on August 28, 1972, in Detroit. On that day, plaintiff was traveling southbound on the 1-75 expressway enroute to Seaworld in Aurora, Ohio, in the company of her husband, Thaddeus Kurczewski, and their two daughters, Robyn and Shawn.
