Plaintiff sued in Douglas county to recover damages from the Union Outfitting Company, a corporation, and William Bell, its alleged employee, defendants, in the sum of $50,000 for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff in Omaha, June 23, 1919, by being run over 'by a motorcycle, the alleged property of defendant company, which was propelled by its codefendant William Bell while in the performance, as alleged, of certain duties delegated to him by the company.
