Plaintiff, Kinetic Systems, Inc. ("Kinetic") filed a petition to enforce a mechanics' lien against the Defendants, Rhode Island Industrial Facilities Corporation ("RIIFC") and Rhodes Technologies, Inc. ("Rhodes").
