This action was instituted to require the defendant Frances Jelinek to execute and deliver to the plaintiffs a satisfaction of a deficiency judgment against the plaintiffs and to enjoin and restrain all of the defendants from enforcing that judgment against them.
On September 15th, 1927, the plaintiff Goldie Katz was the owner of an apartment house.
