MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
DOUMAR, District Judge.
Presently before the Court is Plaintiff Linnin’s Motion to Remand, which is based on the fact that Defendant Michielsens, a Virginia resident, destroys diversity. Plaintiffs motion is DENIED. 1
I. Facts
This case involves an accident that occurred because a lift tipped over allegedly as the result of the fact that it was driven on an incline allegedly exceeding the manufacturer’s specifications.
