Before the Court are Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs Original Complaint for Declaratory and Injunctive Relief and Incorporated Memorandum of Law, filed May 5, 2015 (Clerk’s Dkt. # 11) and the responsive pleadings thereto.
