Case Summary

[1] Paul Michael Wilkes ("Wilkes") appeals the grant of summary judgment in favor of Celadon Trucking Services, Inc., Celadon Logistics Services, Inc. and Celadon Group, Inc. (collectively, "Celadon") and Cummins, Inc., Cummins Corporation, and Cummins John Doe Entities (collectively, "Cummins") (at times, collectively referred to as "Defendants" or "Appellees"), upon Wilkes's negligence claims. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand for further proceedings.
