Plaintiffs as officers and members of a Cumberland Presbyterian Church (hereinafter referred to as the Cumberland Church) bring this suit to have reduced to their possession certain property in the city of Marshall, consisting of several lots of ground on which are located a church building, a manse or pastor’s residence, and a mission church.
