People v. Flake

Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Washington County (McKeighan, J.), rendered January 14, 2011, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree.

In July 2010, defendant was charged by indictment with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree.
