After a jury trial, defendant, Randy Lee Thomas, was found guilty of murder, attempted murder, and two counts of armed robbery based upon a theory of accountability. Defendant was sentenced to 60 years in the Department of Corrections for murder, 30 years for attempted murder, and 60 years for armed robbery.
