Georgia Metal Systems & Engineering, Inc. (GMS), a subcontractor, brought an action against Energy Contractors, Inc. (EC), its general contractor, and EC’s president, Alex Jordan, alleging that EC had breached its contract by wrongfully terminating GMS from a particular construction job, and that both EC and Jordan had tortiously interfered with its contractual relations.
