This suit was instituted by E. O. Montgomery, plaintiff in error, against Houston Textile Mills, defendant in error, to recover damages for personal (injuries alleged to have been caused by negligence of the employees of defendant in error. Vick Company, the contractor for placing electrical wiring for defendant in error in a building belonging to defendant in error in course of construction by G. O.
