INTRODUCTION
This putative class action arises out of the marketing and sale of “Truvia” sweetener products by Defendant Cargill, Incorporated (“Cargill”). Presently before the Court are (1) the Motion of Plaintiffs Molly Martin and Lauren Barry for preliminary approval of a nationwide settlement and certification of a settlement class (Doc.
