NORTON, District Judge.
This matter comes before the court on a hearing to determine the fair value of Plaintiffs interest in Martsehink Realty Company, Inc. (hereinafter “Martsehink Realty” or “the Company”), a South Carolina closely held corporation. Plaintiff brought this action for dissolution of the corporation.
