In this dissenter’s rights action, Petitioner, Pueblo Bancorporation, appeals the court of appeals’ reversal of the trial court’s determination of the fair value of the shares owned by Lindoe, Inc., a minority shareholder in Pueblo Bancorporation. The parties do not disagree over the value of Pueblo Bancorpo-ration; the only issue is whether the trial court, in assigning a specific “fair value” to Lindoe’s shares, should apply a discount to reflect the shares’ lack of marketability.
