MEMORANDUM

CONNER, District Judge.

Presently before the court are defendant’s motions to suppress evidence (Docs. 23, 30) and motion to suppress identification (Doc. 25). The court held an eviden-tiary hearing on defendant’s motions on April 9, 2007. (See Doc. 38.) The motions have been fully briefed and are ripe for disposition. For the reasons that follow, the motions will be denied.
