We review a finding made by the trial court in a proceeding on a rule to show cause which found Paul Franklin Lassiter, appellee (husband), not in arrears with support payments required by the provisions of a 1973 a mensa et thoro decree which was merged into the final decree on November 21, 1974. The a mensa decree incorporated a separation agreement entered into by the parties, and required that the husband pay to the wife $400 per month for child support.
