This suit was brought by the complainant, Tellico Bank & Trust Company, to recover on a note for $2,000 executed in its favor by defendant, S. P. Loomis! The bill averred that said defendant was about to fraudulently dispose of his property and sought by attachment to reach certain funds in the hands of the Bank of Sweetwater to the credit of the Sweetwater Milling Company, and other funds in said Bank of Sweetwater, alleged to be the property of said defendant.
