Appeal from the Chancery Court of Calhoun. Heard before the Hon. S. K. McSpadden. The bill in this case was filed on January 10,1894, by the appellee, Jane P. Crook, against the appellant, George W. Bowling ; and prayed for an injunction against the defendant, restraining him from trespassing upon the lands of the complainant, and also for the cancellation, as a cloud upon her title, of the lease made by her husband to the defendant.

The main purpose of the bill is to obtain an injunction, restraining the appellant Bowling from trespassing upon the lands of complainant. On the 1st day of January, 1892, James Crook, husband of complainant, by written agreement signed by himself and lessee, leased to respondent, Bowling, for a term of five years, certain lands.
