*675In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for legal malpractice, the defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Molia, J.), dated May 30, 2006, which denied their motion to dismiss the complaint pursuant to CPLR 3211 (a).
Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law, with costs, and the defendants’ motion to dismiss the complaint pursuant to CPLR 3211 (a) is granted.
