This decision covers two cases, that of the National Surety Company v. T. A. Morris, Receiver of the Citizens State Bank of Sheridan, and that of the United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company v. J. A. Elliott, Receiver of the Platte County State Bank. In the first mentioned ease it appears that the Citizens State Bank, a banking corporation, organized under the laws of this state, doing business at Sheridan, Wyoming, suspended business on May 15, 1924.
