POCHÉ, J.

Andrew Gordon Crowder appeals from the entry of a judgment of conviction after a jury found him guilty of forgery of a prescription (Bus. & Prof. Code, § 4390) and possession of codeine (Health & Saf. Code, § 11377, subd. (a)). Before trial he admitted that he had served a prison term within the meaning of Penal Code section 667.5, subdivision (b). We affirm.
