The plaintiff below, plaintiff in error here, Midland Life Insurance Company, filed in the Bent county district court what it designates as a bill of interpleader, naming as defendants the First National Bank and the Bent County Bank of Bent county. In substance, the bill alleges that plaintiff, in February, 1919, issued its policy of life insurance, No. 14221, for $5,000, on the life of Richard Thaxton.
